There's not really an end point, the last thing you can unlock is the portal. Other than that you can just keep playing as long as you enjoy it! :)
I found like 5 pictures a Minecraft block and I don't remember if anything else.
You can say I liked the game a lot.
I reached like 10 million presents but wasted them andddd....
The efficiency was up to 7,000 but I guess some elfs fell a sleep in the image.
