Hitting Bedrock
Christmas is coming up, that means that it is time to find the perfect present for your wife; a diamond! Mine for ores in this procedurally generated marching squares world to improve your tools and find precious ores. Find a diamond to complete the game and see the final cutscene.
My code is horribly unoptimized due to a lack of time so the game might take a few seconds to load, especially on WebGL. Controls can be found by pressing the button in the bottom left of the screen.

Post Jam Note: The game used to crash when trying to mine a diamond, causing some players not to be able to see the final cutscene. I have now uploaded new files where this bug has been fixed. The rest of the game is still exactly the same.

Game crashes when trying to load past the start screen. Any idea why?
i got the diamond with tin pickaxe. no cutscene. game is continuing. Do i need to get all tools to finish the game?
i got 3 diamonds, got the diamond pickaxe. Now what? no cutscene
There's a button in the bottom right to start the cutscene.
A good game! I continueed after getting a diamond to get the final pickaxe.
NOTE: Apparently the game sometimes crashes when trying to mine a diamond. Causing you not to be able to see the final cutscene. If you want to see it, you can watch it on youtube. I also uploaded files with (only!) this bug fixed here: [Removed].
